How long will it take to receive my order?
Most items ship within 2-3 business days unless otherwise indicated. Allow up to 2 weeks for customized items. (Items that are not ordered with size and/or color(s) shown are considered customized items.)

How do you ship?
All orders are shipped via USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation. For insurance, express mail, or UPS service please make a note in "Message to the seller" section during checkout. You will receive a ship quote for approval before your order is shipped.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail or normail Priority Mail, whichever costs less. NOTE: International shipping costs shown on our site is for Flat Rate Priority Service. If actual shipping costs is less, we will adjust and send you revised invoice.

How can I specify size and color?
If applicable to your items, specify size and color(s) of pieces in the "Message to the seller" section during checkout. IMPORTANT: If size and color is not specified, it will be assumed that you want the size and color(s) shown.

What is vermeil?
Vermeil is sterling silver that is coated with gold. To be considered vermeil the gold must also be at least 10 carat.

What is gold filled?
Gold filled is made up of layers of metal bonded together with the outside layer made of real gold. The inner layer consists of base metal.

What is the difference between gold filled and vermeil?
The difference is in the inner layer. The inner layer of vermeil consists of sterling silver while the inner layer of gold filled consists of a base metal.

Base metal is any metal that is not a precious metal such as platinum, gold, or silver. Base metals include iron, copper, steel, brass, nickel, lead and tin.
